Dear Fellow Alumni:

I am privileged to have been elected president of the Quinnipiac University School of Law Alumni Association, and want to encourage all of you to join me as active members in this very special community.

Over the past year, our alumni found many important and enjoyable ways to be involved with the School of Law. We developed our new mission statement, which you can find just below this letter, to guide you in how to get involved as well.

Over the past year, our alumni: participated in innovative programming for students, including a workshop on law and lawyering for 1Ls called "Gateway to Practice"; hosted get-togethers with fellow alumni at the School of Law and elsewhere within and outside of Connecticut, including a breakfast at JPMorgan in New York City; and joined students and professors at annual events, including the School of Law Fall Reception in November 2016, and the Thurgood Marshall Awards in February 2017.

I invite you to join me throughout the year as we work to strengthen our connection to the School of Law.  We all have benefitted from the excellent education we received at Quinnipiac, and invite you to give back to, and continue benefitting from, the law school community.

Please join us in our efforts to keep the legacy of excellence in the law a vital part of the Quinnipiac University School of Law experience. Get involved by contacting the Law Development and Alumni Affairs office at 203-582-4506 or lawalumni@quinnipiac.edu.

Join the Law Alumni community online, where you can engage with old colleagues and meet new ones. As all of you know, some of our strongest professional connections begin in law school; join us as we sustain our connection to the School of Law and to each other.

I look forward to seeing you online or in person!
